Our service

YOLO HAPPY lists guided tours, cultural experiences and free citywalks operated by local providers. Your booking is a contract with the provider for a specific date, time and group size.

Payment

You pay a 30% deposit online to hold your place; the balance is settled on site. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.

Your responsibilities

Arrive at the meeting point on time. If you're running late, contact your guide through your order.
